Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information—including name, email, phone number, and any health-related data you provide—is collected for internal use only and will not be sold or shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
By signing up for classes or services, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during classes or events for marketing or advertising purposes, both online and in print. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in writing.
We take reasonable security measures to protect your information. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel any reserved class at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late cancellations (within 4 hours of the class start time) or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass or membership and may incur a $10 fee.
We understand that life happens—especially for moms—so please contact us directly in the event of an emergency. We're here to support you.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on class passes, memberships, packages or products, except where required by California law.
Each membership includes a set number of visits per month. Unused visits do not roll over and will reset at the start of your next billing cycle.
We encourage you to take full advantage of your sessions each month to support your goals and maintain your momentum.
In special cases such as medical emergencies or relocation, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
Purchase Policy
All purchases of memberships, class passes, packages, and merchandise are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Prices and offerings are subject to change. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods.
All recurring memberships will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in advance by the client. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
Memberships are contracted for a minimum of 12 months and will auto-renew monthly during this term. Early termination is not allowed unless approved by the studio in the case of medical emergency or relocation. Please ensure you are able to commit to the full term before purchase.
